Alejandro Garnacho was fouled twice inside the penalty area during Man United's 2-0 victory against Everton on Saturday afternoon at Old Trafford.
James Tarkowski hacked the Red Devils' winger to the ground in the first 12 minutes of the match to concede their first penalty, with Bruno Fernandes giving the hosts a 1-0 lead.
Marcus Rashford then put United 2-0 up before half-time, despite Everton growing into the game.
Garnacho was subsequently brought down again inside the penalty area by Ben Godfrey, who slid in to take the Argentine out as he strode into the penalty area with the ball.
