Liverpool legend Didi Hamann was taken ill during a broadcasting stint on Austrian television on Wednesday night.
The former Bayern Munich player features regularly on German-language television for Champions League coverage and Bundesliga ties, recently weighing in on the short reign of Thomas Tuchel at his old club and dubbing the efforts of his compatriot 'disastrous'.
But the 50-year-old was unable to pass judgement of his former team on Wednesday in the wake of their 4-3 victory over Manchester United at the Allianz Arena.
