Martinez returned from a four-month lay-off as the Red Devils were held to a 2-2 draw by Ange Postecoglou's side.
The Argentine came on to replace Jonny Evans shortly after the hour mark and wasted no time getting stuck into action.
And it appears his girlfriend Muri was more than happy with his performance, as they shared an embrace on the pitch after the game.
