Jurgen Klopp SLAMS PGMOL statement that admits Luis Diaz's goal against Tottenham should have stood... with Liverpool boss believing the decision 'changed the momentum' of the match

Jurgen Klopp has slammed the PGMOL's statement as they admitted that Luis Diaz's goal against Tottenham should have stood rather than being ruled out for offside.

Liverpool fell to a 2-1 defeat in London on Saturday as Joel Matip scored a late own goal to give Spurs the win, with both Diogo Jota and Curtis Jones sent off.

However, they thought they were ahead in the first half as Diaz appeared to beat the offside trap to convert before it was ruled out for offside.

Replays showed that the decision was the wrong one, with PGMOL coming out after the match to issue a statement to acknowledge 'significant human error' in the decision.
