Juan Mata and Ashley Young have been attempting to inject life back into Manchester United after their incredibly dull 0-0 draw with Liverpool at Anfield.
The two midfielders got their hands on a pair of white sandals at United's training ground on Tuesday and proceeded to mock the owner of the questionable footwear, whose identity remains unknown.
Mata and Young both took to Instagram to ask their fans to guess the culprit, and two names popped up more than most.
Messrs Eric Bailly and Paul Pogba were both regularly suggested by fans in the comments section, but they will have to wait for the big reveal which will undoubtedly blow the footballing world wide open.
