DHL’s UNITED. DELIVERED Global Football Tour is set to unite Manchester United fans around the world once again for the 2018/19 season.
Last year's tour began in July 2017 at Old Trafford. Several first-team players enjoyed a kick-around with a very special ball, before sending it on a 351,000 km journey around the world with DHL Express.
Throughout the 2017/18 Premier League season, DHL connected United fans in every corner of the globe through the continuous journey of one football. At each location, a set of match equipment was left behind for the players’ ongoing use.
During the course of the tour, the ball visited some 57 countries where it was played with by more than 1,500 Man Utd fans – as well as DHL Express staff at our football regional cups - in 72 matches.
