Luke Shaw has launched a withering attack on Jose Mourinho and told his former Manchester United manager to stop living in the past.
Mourinho had a combustible relationship with Shaw during the two-and-a-half years they spent together at Old Trafford and was never afraid to make barbed comments about the England full back’s capabilities.
The Portuguese, who is working as a radio pundit during the European Championships, did so again last week when he described Shaw’s set-pieces as ‘dramatically bad’ during the 1-0 win over the Czech Republic. It was, in the 25-year-old’s view, one comment too many.
