Henrik Larsson has opened up on how he sought professional help following the death of his brother Robert in 2009.

The Celtic, Barcelona and Sweden legend urged people going through similar traumas to do likewise saying: ‘You can’t be rescued if you don’t talk to someone’.

Larsson was a guest on Robert Snodgrass and Kris Boyd’s The Lockdown Tactics Podcast and he spoke at length about how he realised the importance of mental health counselling when his brother died of an overdose 11 years ago.

Larsson said: ‘During my time in Scotland I had a brother who was on drugs.
