Harry Kane will have a decision to make about his future if Tottenham continue to play as defensively as they did on Friday night against Manchester United, says former Spurs and United striker Dimitar Berbatov.
Kane made his comeback following over five months out of action in the 1-1 draw against United, in Tottenham's first Premier League game back during the restart.
The 26-year-old striker himself was largely anonymous throughout though and with manager Jose Mourinho known for his defensive philosophy, Berbatov could understand if Kane was frustrated on Friday, and warned the England captain to consider his future if that style of play continues.
