'He was only there two minutes': Michael Owen blasts Jesse Lingard for not celebrating spectacular late winner for Man United against former club West Ham... and says he should have passed if he didn't want to score!

Michael Owen has bizarrely criticised Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard for not wildly celebrating his brilliant late winner at former club West Ham on Sunday.

The 28-year-old scored nine goals in 16 Hammers appearances during a loan spell last season, but came off the bench for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men at the weekend with 17 minutes to go to curl home a sublime 89th minute winner.

United still needed a last-gasp David de Gea penalty save from Mark Noble to secure the 2-1 win at the London Stadium, with Cristiano Ronaldo having cancelled out Said Benrahma's deflected opener in the first half.
