Jack Grealish will '100 per cent' leave Aston Villa if the club are relegated this season, says former midfielder Paul Merson.
The 24-year-old has been one of the standout players in the Premier League this season despite playing in a struggling Villa side who sit 19th, with Manchester United believed to be targeting the playmaker for some time.
Grealish has captained the club he supported as a child in their first season back in the Premier League for three years but are in danger of dropping back down once again.
Merson, who played for the Birmingham club between 1998 and 2002, believes if they are unable to avoid relegation he will have to move on in if he wants to progress his career.
