Paris Saint-Germain star Ander Herrera has drawn comparisons between Thomas Tuchel and his former Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal, revealing that the pair create teams 'organised by position'.
Herrera featured under van Gaal at Old Trafford for two years, but was critical of the veteran Dutchman's tenure after struggling to become a key performer.
