Gary Neville admits he 'admires' Jamal Musiala for leaving Chelsea in pursuit of first-team football in Germany as he urges other young English talents to follow the likes of Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho and move abroad

Manchester United legend Gary Neville has revealed that he admires players such as Germany star Jamal Musiala for leaving big-name clubs such as Chelsea for first-team football abroad.

The 19-year-old winger left Chelsea in 2019 in search of first-team football in Germany much like Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho did in the past.

The former England youth international is now playing for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Germany at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Musiala is also a key reason that Germany are still in the competition after his instrumental performance in their 1-1 draw with Spain in the group-stages to keep their hopes alive - despite remaining bottom of their group.
