Robin van Persie has said that Manchester United's winger Alejandro Garnacho is 'one to watch'.

The Argentine will be out of action for several weeks due to the ankle injury he sustained in United's goalless draw with Southampton at the weekend.

The 18-year-old expressed his disappointment at missing out on United's Europa League last 16 clash with Real Betis and the FA Cup quarter-final against Fulham.

However, the ex-Arsenal striker, 39, praised how Garnacho 'handles difficult situations and pressure'.

Speaking to BT Sport, Van Persie explained: 'Garnacho is one to watch, you know he is still very young, a very talented player.
