AC Milan have officially confirmed interest in Manchester United striker Ramus Hojlund.
Hojlund was left out of the squad on Sunday as United suffered defeat by Arsenal in their opening game of the season.
The 22-year-old is believed to have been told that his game-time this season will be limited by Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim following the signing of RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko.
The Dane's omission came after he didn't feature for a single minute in United's final pre-season friendly at home to Fiorentina.
Milan's sporting director Igli Tare has confirmed they hold interest in Hojlund, telling Mediaset: 'Hojlund is a good option for us.
