Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has confirmed that the club will extend the contracts of five players with deals up at the end of the 2022-23 season.
Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw, David de Gea, Fred and Diogo Dalot all have six months remaining on their contracts, and Ten Hag has revealed the Red Devils plan on using their option to extend for a further 12 months, according to reports.
Rashford has been linked with a move to PSG, and Ten Hag remained coy on his plans for De Gea in the future, but by tying players down for another year it prevents certain stars leaving for nothing this summer.
