Erik ten Hag says he 'has no further thoughts on the future' as he refuses to discuss Man United's interest in him taking over this summer after Sportsmail revealed he is continuing to take English lessons

Erik ten Hag refused to be drawn on whether he will be leaving for Manchester United this summer as the Ajax boss insisted he 'has no further thoughts on the future'.

United football director John Murtough revealed this week that they are in the process of conducting a 'thorough' search for a new manager who can 'get them back challenging for top domestic and European trophies'.

Ten Hag, who Sportsmail exclusively revealed is studying English in a bid to ensure he has a fluent grasp of the language ahead of a possible move to Old Trafford, is one of the leading contenders but he was in no mood to entertain exit talk on Friday.
