Tooney is among a number of England Women players and staff that have been recognised following their success at UEFA Women’s EURO 2025.
That includes an honorary DBE (Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire) for manager Sarina Wiegman, a title which is only awarded to foreign nationals for services to the UK or for international achievement.
