Early team news: Forest v United

The Reds are seeking to make it to the last eight of the world's oldest cup competition for a record-breaking 48th time, but Ten Hag will be without several key players for Wednesday evening's clash at The City Ground.

Rasmus Hojlund, who also missed December's Premier League defeat to Forest, is out for the next couple of weeks with a muscle injury, while Luke Shaw is a longer-term concern, as the left-back will be absent for a few months.

Shaw has joined fellow full-backs Tyrell Malacia and Aaron Wan-Bissaka on the sidelines, leaving Ten Hag without a recognised left-back.
