Drunken Manchester United fans shouted obscenities outside Ed Woodward's £2m Cheshire mansion on the same day a group of supporters raided the club's training ground in protest against owners the Glazers

A small group of drunken Manchester United fans turned up outside the home of executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and shouted obscenities last week.

The supporters stood outside the £2million Cheshire mansion on the same day that approximately 20 fans turned up at the club's Carrington training ground to protest against their involvement in the now-defunct European Super League.

It was the second time Woodward's home has been targeted by angry fans, although it is not known if the United chief was in at the time of the incident.
