De Gea: We wanted more than a draw

After a string of hugely disappointing results in the Premier League, De Gea played a key part in our away victory against Villarreal in midweek. The Reds followed that up with a draw at Stamford Bridge against league-leaders Chelsea.

De Gea made four saves in United's 1-1 draw, including one crucial stop early on to deny Callum Hudson-Odoi. Jadon Sancho put Michael Carrick's side ahead, capitalising on a mistake from Jorginho to score on the counterattack. Chelsea equalised as Jorginho made up for his mistake by converting a penalty.

A tight end to the game ensued, with several chances for both sides.
