David De Gea 'REJECTS contract offer from Inter Milan' as the Italians look to replace Andre Onana...with the Spanish stopper keen for move back to La Liga

David De Gea has rejected a move to Inter Milan to replace Andre Onana, after the Cameroonian's move to Old Trafford.

Man United finally confirmed the signing of Onana on Thursday, with the 27-year-old replacing De Gea as the club's new first-choice goalkeeper.

However, according to The Daily Record, the Spaniard was offered the chance to replace Onana at the San Siro, but rejected the chance to move to the Serie A club.

Inter were ready to offer De Gea a salary worth £4m-a-year, but the 32-year-old is holding out for a deal worth closer to £9m, with wages around £200,000-per-week.
