As pre-season approaches its conclusion with the Premier League's first game coming next week, managers have had plenty of opportunity to see what each and every member of their squad has to offer in 2023-24.
For many it has been a chance to blood young talents against some top quality opposition, with Premier League clubs taking on the likes of Spanish titans Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico, as well as German giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
For other, more established stars, it has been a good chance to play themselves back into form with the pressure and scrutiny of the English top-flight absent.
