Less than a week on from head coach Ruben Amorim’s tenure coming to an end, Dalot admitted it has been a challenging time.
Speaking to TNT Sports, Dalot said: "[It has been] really difficult. It's always a period that you have to find ways to solve problems really quickly. We have to adapt and go again."
Dalot had a goalscoring opportunity in the opening minutes of the game to put the Reds ahead, but was unable to capitalise.
The Portuguese international believed United created enough chances to win the game.
