Chelsea have beaten Manchester United and Red Bull Leipzig to the signing of Ajax's 16-year-old Daishawn Redan.
The teenage striker, who will join Chelsea's academy at Cobham Training Centre on July 1, has been one of the most prolific in Ajax's youth set up since he joined as an eight-year-old.
Ajax announced back in March that Redan would leave the club at the end of the season.
'We have mapped out a path for him and there is depth discussions with him and his management,' Ajax youth coach Said Ouaali said.
