Chelsea and Manchester United handed boost in pursuit of Victor Osimhen as Napoli striker is told by idol and mentor Didier Drogba that 'PSG is not the club he needs to continue his progress'

Victor Osimhen has been told by his idol Didier Drogba that a move to Paris Saint-Germain would be the wrong one to make if he wants to keep progressing as a player.

The Napoli star is one of the most coveted strikers in world football after a season in which he has scored 26 goals in 31 appearances in all competitions.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and PSG have all been tipped to make a move in the summer with the player valued at well over £100m.

And Drogba, who has become something of a mentor for Osimhen over the years, thinks the 24-year-old should steer clear of Paris.
