Bruno Fernandes claims Manchester United's squad suffered from 'low confidence' in the last two seasons, with the star backing the Red Devils to bounce back from their late setback against Crystal Palace

Bruno Fernandes has claimed the confidence of Manchester United's players had been 'really low' the past two seasons, but believes Erik ten Hag has restored the squad's belief.

Fernandes made the comment following United's 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace, which marked an end to the club's nine match winning run in all competitions.

Ten Hag's side had looked on course for victory until Michael Olise's stunning injury time free-kick rescued a point for Palace.
