Bruno Fernandes calls for a rule change after Amad Diallo's red card for taking his shirt off when celebrating Manchester United's winner against Liverpool in FA Cup thriller

Bruno Fernandes has called for the rules on players taking off their shirts to be changed after Amad Diallo was sent off in Manchester United's FA Cup thriller against Liverpool.

The 21-year-old substitute had already been booked for encroaching at a free-kick after fouling Alexis Mac Allister in extra-time when he scored a 121st-minute winner for United and celebrated wildly in front of the Stretford End.

Referee John Brooks had no choice but to show Diallo a second yellow card and send him off.

The Ivorian was led away down the tunnel, leaving United down to 10 men for the final seconds of a dramatic 4-3 quarter-final win.
