Fans have taken to social media to hail Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister for his incredible goal against Fulham, with some calling it the goal of the season.
The Argentine picked the ball up in midfield before striding forward and unleashing an unstoppable strike from 30 yards out, which flew past Bernd Leno.
There was controversy prior to the goal as the Fulham goalkeeper was allowed to stay on the pitch despite receiving medical treatment for an eye injury as fans suggested he shouldn't have been allowed to continue due to the severity of the injury.
