Alexis Sanchez 'ready to stick out his Manchester United contract until June 2022 in order to avoid a cut to his bumper £400,000-a-week wages'

Alexis Sanchez is ready to sit tight and see out the remaining two years of his £400,000-a-week Manchester United contract in order to avoid a pay cut, according to reports.

The Chilean is currently on loan at Inter Milan and his future at Old Trafford is all-but-over, with the club desperate to sell him in the summer.

But, according to ESPN, while Sanchez is also keen to cut short his United nightmare, he does not want to take a wage cut and is willing to see out the remainder of his deal without playing another game for the club.
