Alan Pardew reflects on infamous 2016 FA Cup final dance against Man United - as former Crystal Palace boss opens up on 'nasty' backlash

Alan Pardew has opened up on his infamous 'dad dance' during Crystal Palace's 2016 FA Cup final defeat by Man United.

When winger Jason Puncheon made it 1-0 to Palace in the 78th minute of the match, Pardew opted to turn out and throw his best hip-swaying moves rather than the usual fist-bumping.

But just three minutes later, United equalised through Juan Mata, silencing one half of Wembley. Then, despite being down to 10 men, the Red Devils won 2-1 in extra-time through a Jesse Lingard screamer.
