Al Nassr boss Rudi Garcia insists 'any coach would be DELIGHTED to train Cristiano Ronaldo'

Al Nassr boss Rudi Garcia has urged that 'the great players are the easiest to manage' amid the Saudi club's interest in out-of-favour free agent Cristiano Ronaldo.

The 37-year-old superstar, who lost his place in Portugal's starting line-up after falling out of favour with manager Fernando Santos, crashed out of the World Cup against Morocco in the quarter-finals on Saturday.

Ronaldo's bleak World Cup campaign came in the wake of his acrimonious exit from Manchester United last month, which occurred after he comprehensively criticised the club and their manager Erik ten Hag in an explosive, tell-all interview with Piers Morgan.
