Welcome back, Sergio! Aguero will make a one-off return to action THIS MONTH after being given the all-clear to play in friendly for Ecuadorian side Barcelona SC - with striker ready to 'feel the pitch again' following early retirement due to heart issues

Sergio Aguero will make an emotional return to the pitch this month, as he is set to play a one-off match for Ecuadorian side Barcelona SC.

The former Manchester City and Barcelona star broke down in tears as he admitted he was forced to retire with a heart problem in December 2021.

Aguero asked to be taken off after 40 minutes of Barcelona's 1-1 draw with Alaves just two months earlier with chest pains before being diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia and was initially ruled out for three months.
