Victorious Chelsea stars return to Cobham training ground with the Champions League trophy - as captain Cesar Azpilicueta keeps a close hold of the famous silverware just hours after eating breakfast at the table with it

Chelsea's victorious players have returned to Cobham with the Champions League trophy after winning their second European title on Saturday.

The Blues overcame Manchester City 1-0 at the Estadio do Dragao in Porto on Saturday night thanks to Kai Havertz' calmly taken first-half goal.

Celebrations went on long into the night, with manager Thomas Tuchel partying with players until the early hours and champagne flowing to celebrate the club's second Champions League title.
