'The Premier League is the place to be... it's a sorry tale right now for the rest of Europe': Jamie Carragher hails strength of English football after Chelsea book Champions League final showdown with domestic rivals Manchester City

Jamie Carragher has hailed the impressive strength of the Premier League after Chelsea booked their place in an all-English Champions League final against Manchester City.

And Jamie Carragher believes that this season's Champions League has proven why the likes of Florentino Perez are desperate for a Super League.
