According to a report from Cadena SER, Man City and Valencia have commenced negotiations over winger Ferran Torres and could be nearing a potential ‘total agreement‘ to sign the player – prompting many supporters to drool over the ‘good news‘.
Torres, who has been a shining light for the La Liga side over 2019/2020, despite the club finishing ninth, could well leave the Mestalla Stadium following repeated links to a City move.
