Ralf Rangnick has revealed the star-studded shopping list that he gave Manchester United in order to reinforce their ailing side last January, only to be denied.
The former United manager wanted to bolster his side with the likes of Dusan Vlahovic, Luis Diaz and Erling Haaland, only for the former two to join Juventus and Liverpool and the Norwegian goal machine to join Manchester City last summer.
Rangnick's Red Devils racked up a club record low 58 points in the 2021-22 campaign, however the German presented several options to his side to try and rescue what proved to be a desperate campaign, according to Christian Falk.
