The WAG, 30, is pregnant with her fourth child with the footballer, 33, whom she announced her split from in January, after it was revealed he had fathered his second child with Lauryn Goodman, 33.
While Annie was seen leaving her workout, Kyle had a Manchester City training session at St Georges Park in Burton.
Annie covered up her bump with her black padded coat and cut a casual figure in a black top, leggings and baseball cap.
