Pep Guardiola has told Barcelona to make a 'proper offer' if they want to sign Man City star Bernardo Silva this summer.
Reports have claimed that the Portuguese midfielder 'would try and force an exit' from Man City if Barcelona made a bid for him this summer as he is 'keen to move' to the Spanish giants.
City have yet to receive an offer from the LaLiga champions for the 28-year-old, but Guardiola wouldn't stand in his way if he wants to leave the club, and if they receive an acceptable offer.
