Pep Guardiola has joked how his golden touch has translated to the small screen - after his cameo on the hit US TV show Ted Lasso.
The treble-chasing Manchester City boss appeared in the latest episode of the award-winning series that depicts an American football coach, played by Jason Sudeikis, moving to manage in the Premier League.
But, even though Guardiola suggested he was hired for his on-screen role to boost the show's popularity, the real reason was more of a family affair.
'Ted Lasso needed people like me to make the show better so they have success,' joked the City manager.
