Pep Guardiola has given a positive injury update on Sergio Aguero ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League clash with Olympique Marseille, revealing the 32-year-old could make the bench.
Aguero has been out of action with a knee injury, forcing him to miss our 5-0 win over Burnley (November 28) and 2-0 win over Fulham (December 5), but he could make his long-awaited return in midweek.
Guardiola said: “We will decide tomorrow. Maybe he will be on the bench. (Wednesday) we will see his reaction to his body, not just his knee.
