Inter Milan president Erick Thohir has confirmed that the Serie A club are plotting a swoop for Arsenal contract rebel Mesut Ozil, reports the Daily Mail.
Ozil is free to speak to foreign teams from Jan. 1, and Inter, backed by significant Chinese investment, are likely to be first on the phone.
