Mario Balotelli signs for Swiss side FC Sion as the controversial Italian striker joins the ELEVENTH club of his career... after leaving Turkish side Adana Demirspor following a furious row with boss Vincenzo Montella

Fomer Manchester City and Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli has joined Swiss side FC Sion for £2.3million.

The Italian is set to move to the 11th different club of his career after leaving Turkish side Adana Demirspor and was announced on Wednesday evening by his new club, signing a two-year-deal.

The move comes just days after he nearly came to blows with the Turkish side's manager Vincenzo Montella.

The forward joined Adana Demirspor on a three-year deal in July 2021 and had been enjoying somewhat of a renaissance in Turkey following his move from Monza.
