Manchester City will be looking to win their first Champions League title this weekend when they face Italian giants Inter Milan.
Pep Guardiola's side defeated Real Madrid 5-1 on aggregate in the semi-final. Following a 1-1 draw in the first leg, a Bernardo Silva double inspired the English outfit to a 4-0 win at home in the second leg.
The English side come into the game off the back of a 2-1 win against neighbours Manchester United in the FA Cup final last weekend.
As for Inter Milan, Simone Inzaghi's men come into the game after defeating rivals AC Milan 3-0 on aggregate in the other semi-final.
