Manchester City midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko is wanted on loan by PSV Eindhoven.
The 19 year-old Ukraine international signed for City on a three-year deal this summer from FC Ufa.
PSV turned to Zinchenko after Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel was forced to pull out of a move due to a knee injury.
Zinchenko played in all three of Ukraine's matches at Euro 2016, coming on as a substitute against Germany and Northern Ireland before starting against Poland.
