Manchester City have lined up a deal for the Algerian starlet dubbed the next the Riyad Mahrez.
The City Football Group, the company which owns nine football clubs including Manchester City, have signed winger Ishak Boussouf on a five-year deal from Algerian side ES Setif.
The 18-year-old will initially join Belgian First Division KV Kortrijk, owned by Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan.

Boussouf is then expected to join either Manchester City or Lommel SK, a Belgian second-tier team owned by the City Football Group.
Boussouf, who signed his first professional contract with Algerian side ES Setif last summer, had rejected offers from French clubs Monaco and Rennes.
