Pep Guardiola still holds aspirations of managing a top national team, according to his brother.
Guardiola has spent his managing career in club football, taking charge of some of the top teams across Europe, including Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
Currently at Manchester City, the 49-year-old is focused on delivering success at the Etihad Stadium.
However, his brother Pere insists he will not be there forever, and has spelled out his sibling's desire to have a crack at national team management one day.
That would likely be a nation outside of his birth too, given Guardiola's vocal support for Catalonian independence.
