Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has revealed that he will demand for the Premier League to bring back five substitutions.

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold suffered a calf problems against Guardiola's City side on Sunday, with there having been a host of injuries sustained by players in the Premier League this season.

Guardiola is eager for the Premier League to reinstate the rule of five substitutions being allowed, which was brought in for Project Restart when the division resumed last season.
