Manchester City have held talks over a potential deal for highly rated young Argentine winger Dario Sarmiento.
The 17-year-old plays for Estudiantes and was handed his first team debut last year by coach Gabriel Milito. The left-footed Argentina U17 international is rated around £18million and City have been following his progress closely.
Reports out of Argentina say talks have intensified in recent days with City willing to agree a deal that would potentially see Sarmiento sign next year when he turns 18.
