Manchester City and Liverpool renew interest in Crystal Palace starlet Zion Atta, 15, who has also caught the eye of German giants Bayern Munich

Manchester City and Liverpool have renewed their interest in prising Crystal Palace prospect Zion Atta away from the Selhurst Park club.

England youth forward Atta, 15, remains in demand after impressing in Palace’s youth setup.

Palace, who have high hopes for Atta, paid Millwall a guaranteed £60,000 to sign him from their south London rivals aged 13.

The Eagles then managed to fend off some of the biggest clubs in England and Europe to tie Atta down on scholarship terms earlier this year.

However City and Liverpool refuse to be deterred and are continuing their pursuits of Atta who has also been monitored by German trio Bayern Munich, Borussia Monchengladbach and Augsburg.
